Exhibition

Every ECNP Congress is accompanied by a pharmaceutical exhibition, and ECNP sees the exhibition, by allowing participants to gain access to information and advice, as making an important contribution to the Congress’s educative function.

ECNP therefore invites companies and organisations working in the field of neuropsychopharmacology, neuroscience and other closely related disciplines to present their services, products and/or literature at the medically oriented exhibition, which will be held simultaneously with the congress from Sunday 6 October to Tuesday 8 October 2013.

The exhibition will take place in the Exhibition Hall on level 0 and in the Garden room of the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain. Coffee and lunch will be served in the exhibition area.

Space in the exhibition hall of the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya is limited, compared to the last years. Companies that have exhibited in the past two years during the ECNP Congresses will be allocated first, based on the number of sqm exhibition space hired by the company during those two congresses. ECNP reserves the right to reduce all stand spaces with the same percentage, if the request for space is higher than the space available.

Space will be allocated after the deadline with priority for the request of the companies that exhibited in 2011 and 2012. All other companies can also apply for space, but will be put on a waiting list and the remaining space will be divided among these companies. The deadline of application to be considered in the first allocation round was 15 December 2012.
