Cancellations and refunds

Any cancellation of registration including ENP supplement (if applicable) should be notified in writing to Colloquium Group, the organising secretariat, by fax at +32 2 779 5960 or by e-mail and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations received on or before 15 June 2012: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 90 (including 20% VAT). All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Cancellations received after 15 June 2012: no refund will be made.
