Confirmation of receipt

  • Receipt of your registration will be first acknowledged by e-mail.
  • An official confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail within one week after receipt of full payment, with confirmation of your requirements according to the submitted registration form.
  • A letter including logistical and practical details will be sent by e-mail approximately two weeks before the congress.

We strongly recommend that you present your confirmation letter upon arrival at the pre-registration desk in order to collect your badge and congress materials. If you do not have a confirmation letter, you are kindly requested to bring your passport or another form of photo identification.
